Method
- STEP 1Get your potatoes wash them and peel them
- STEP 2On your chopping board, chop the potatoes [halving every time until you get wedges sizes]
- STEP 3pre heat the oven to 180c
- STEP 4Put all your potatoes wedges on a foiled tray. Pour in the oil, plenty of it, and salt. Rub together the potatoes for best results
