This recipe is a yummy food. Its nice for parties or a treat. They are healthier than skinny cut chips and you can add different flavours but i'm doing salted.I would recommend reading the recipe before making it.
Get your potatoes wash them and peel them
On your chopping board, chop the potatoes [halving every time until you get wedges sizes]
pre heat the oven to 180c
Put all your potatoes wedges on a foiled tray. Pour in the oil, plenty of it, and salt. Rub together the potatoes for best results
