Peanut butter blast smoothie

A tasty, thick and creamy smoothie packed with protein.
- 1 medium sized banana
- 3 heapeed tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey (Syrup if preferred)
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- STEP 1Put all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until it becomes creamy and even in color.
