Peanut butter blast smoothie

A tasty, thick and creamy smoothie packed with protein.


  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 3 heapeed tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (Syrup if preferred)
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt


  • STEP 1
    Put all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until it becomes creamy and even in color.
