This is so easy to cook and tastes great on a Friday night served with Rice !!

  • 6 Chicken Thighs - one the bone with skins removed
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp of Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 330 ml bottle of Lager or any other beer.


  1. Place all ingredients onto a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hrs.

  2. Server with Rice.

dumplings: 3/4 cup milk and flour pinch of rosemary and thyme salt and pepper. add 30 min before you eat.
