Slow Cooker Beer Chicken

This is so easy to cook and tastes great on a Friday night served with Rice !!


  • 6 Chicken Thighs - one the bone with skins removed
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp of Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 330 ml bottle of Lager or any other beer.


  • STEP 1
    Place all ingredients onto a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hrs.
  • STEP 2
    Server with Rice.
