- mince beef
- onion
- garlic
- cinnamon

- tomato puree
- cherry tomatoes
- morrocan tom sauce

Method
- STEP 1Chop onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil add mince and brown
- STEP 2Add chopped dried fruit, tomato puree, cherry toms and spices and nuts, add stock and simmer
- STEP 3Serve with cous cous or nann bread with baby roast potatoes
