fruity mixup smoothie

it is a lovely tangy recipe that is filling and thirst quenching at the same time


  • 2 kiwi's
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ring of pineapple
  • a handfull of strawberrys and/or rasberrys
  • pineapple juice to taste


  • STEP 1
    Chop the fruit finely
  • STEP 2
    put into blender with 2-4 ice cubes for 5 minutes
  • STEP 3
    add juice to taste
  • STEP 4
    put into a cup and add more ice if necessary
