  • 2 kiwi's
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ring of pineapple
  • a handfull of strawberrys and/or rasberrys
  • pineapple juice to taste


  1. Chop the fruit finely

  2. put into blender with 2-4 ice cubes for 5 minutes

  3. add juice to taste

  4. put into a cup and add more ice if necessary
