Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100ml cold water

Method

  • STEP 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cook the meat in a wok/frying pan. When ready add the sauce.
  • STEP 2
    Add some handfuls of stir fry veg and warm through.
  • STEP 3
    Serve with rice and enjoy
