Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon soft brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 100ml cold water
Method
- STEP 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cook the meat in a wok/frying pan. When ready add the sauce.
- STEP 2Add some handfuls of stir fry veg and warm through.
- STEP 3Serve with rice and enjoy
