Really easy dip ready in minutes!

  • 100g Full fat cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
  • 50g half fat creme fresh
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 1 x 200g packet of Roquefort (or to taste)


    1. Beat roquefort in a bowl until smooth.
    2. Mix in cream cheese and creme fresh with a dash of lemon until fully mixed.
    3. Serve with carrots, celery, bread etc

Oops I actually only used 100g of Roquefort. 200g would possibly be too strong but depends on your taste!
