  • 50g half fat creme fresh
  • Dash of lemon juice

1 x 200g packet of Roquefort (or to taste)

  • 1 x 200g packet of Roquefort (or to taste)

Method

  • step 1

    Beat roquefort in a bowl until smooth.
  • step 2

    Mix in cream cheese and creme fresh with a dash of lemon until fully mixed.
  • step 3

    Serve with carrots, celery, bread etc
