Ingredients
- 100g Full fat cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
- 50g half fat creme fresh
- Dash of lemon juice
1 x 200g packet of Roquefort (or to taste)
- 1 x 200g packet of Roquefort (or to taste)
Method
- STEP 1Beat roquefort in a bowl until smooth.
- STEP 2Mix in cream cheese and creme fresh with a dash of lemon until fully mixed.
- STEP 3Serve with carrots, celery, bread etc
