A super healthy green smoothie that's great for your skin!
Skip to ingredients
- 3 cups of frozen white grapes
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 2 cups of strong green tea (cold)
- 1 avacado
- honey to taste
Method
step 1
Before you can actually make this smoothie you must put 3 cups worth of grapes into the freezer. Also brew 2 cups of green tea and then place in the fridge to coolstep 2
Add all ingredients into the blender except honeystep 3
Add the honey whilst tasting depending on how sweet you want it
