Super green tea smoothie

A super healthy green smoothie that's great for your skin!


  • 3 cups of frozen white grapes
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 cups of strong green tea (cold)
  • 1 avacado
  • honey to taste


  • STEP 1
    Before you can actually make this smoothie you must put 3 cups worth of grapes into the freezer. Also brew 2 cups of green tea and then place in the fridge to cool
  • STEP 2
    Add all ingredients into the blender except honey
  • STEP 3
    Add the honey whilst tasting depending on how sweet you want it
