Super green tea smoothie

A super healthy green smoothie that's great for your skin!
- 3 cups of frozen white grapes
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 2 cups of strong green tea (cold)
- 1 avacado
- honey to taste
- STEP 1Before you can actually make this smoothie you must put 3 cups worth of grapes into the freezer. Also brew 2 cups of green tea and then place in the fridge to cool
- STEP 2Add all ingredients into the blender except honey
- STEP 3Add the honey whilst tasting depending on how sweet you want it
