A super healthy green smoothie that's great for your skin!

  • 3 cups of frozen white grapes
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 cups of strong green tea (cold)
  • 1 avacado
  • honey to taste


  1. Before you can actually make this smoothie you must put 3 cups worth of grapes into the freezer. Also brew 2 cups of green tea and then place in the fridge to cool

  2. Add all ingredients into the blender except honey

  3. Add the honey whilst tasting depending on how sweet you want it
