Chunky tomato salsa


  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • jalapeno
  • dried oregano
  • handful of corriander
  • salt and pepper


  • STEP 1
    Chop the tomatoes into little chunks. Finely chop the onion and jalapeno (remove seeds). Chop the corriander very finely including the stalks. Add everything into a bowl and add in the dried oregano along with juice from the lime. Mix together and refrigerate.
