A perfect way to quench our thirst for this hot summer. Just with 4 ingredients a refreshing and delicious drink is ready to chill you. Add a dose of rose syrup to the lassi and make it more yummier.
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Ice Cubes - 6-7 nos
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Rose syrup/ Roohafza - 2 tbsp
- STEP 1In a blender Mix all the Ingredients and pulse it for 2-3 times
- STEP 2Don't over beat them the heat of the mixer can curdle the lassi.
- STEP 3Serve it chilled.
