Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves,
  • washed 3-4 green tea bags
  • fresh lavender leaves (optional)
  • Honey or agave,
  • Ice

Method

  • STEP 1
    crush the mint leaves and put them in a large pitcher with the tea bags
  • STEP 2
    pour hot water over top, leaving a few inches of room
  • STEP 3
    refrigerate for 4-6 hours
  • STEP 4
    Remove tea bags and serve over ice. Add honey or agave to sweeten and a few fresh lavender leaves, if you have them on hand
