Ingredients
- 1 x packet of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 100 ml orange curd
- 4 x digestive biscuits
Method
- STEP 1Turn the fan oven on to 180 C and line your muffin tray
- STEP 2Mix the cream cheese and orange curd together until smooth
- STEP 3Bash the digestive biscuits into a fine rubble and add approximately 2 thirds of them to the cream cheese mix
- STEP 4Meanwhile, lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the yoghurt, milk and orange juice
