- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 400g can kidney beans
- 300ml hot veg stock
- 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 200g chopped tomatoes
- 200ml creme fraiche
Method
step 1
heat oil and fry onion and garlic until soft add kidney beans, stock, tomatoes, chilli and boil for 2-3 mins blend soup until smooth add creme fraiche to taste to serve
