Ingredients

  • 100g pasta
  • 100g spinach
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • 85g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • grated parmesan

Method

  • STEP 1
    cook pasta stir in spinach at least minute and wilt drain toss with pesto, oil, tomatoes and parmesan
