- 100g pasta
- 100g spinach
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 85g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- grated parmesan
Method
step 1
cook pasta stir in spinach at least minute and wilt drain toss with pesto, oil, tomatoes and parmesan
