Ingredients

  • 250g cherry tom halved
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2tsp oil
  • 50g rocket or spinach
  • 140g spaghetti snapped in half
  • handful basil leaves
  • 125g fresh mozarella

Method

  • STEP 1
    cook pasta and drain well heat oil in pan add tomatoes, garlic, rocket, basil cook until spinach wilts and tomatoes look cooked add spaghetti and mozarella serve
