Ingredients

  • 225g new potatoes, quartered
  • 85g fine beans trimmed
  • 3 rashers streaky bacon
  • 60g bag mixed leaves
  • 2 roasted chicken breasts
  • honey and mustard dressing

Method

  • STEP 1
    boil potatoes for 8-10 mins add the beans to the water and cook for further 3 mins drain quickly and cool everything under cold running water fry the bacon until crispy and allow to cool toss everything together including dressing and serve
