• 680g lean ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tinned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 283g frozen spinach
  • 453g bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 a cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 and a half cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  • STEP 1
    Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Put in crock pot and add tomatoes and seasoning.
  • STEP 2
    Cook for 6-7 hours on low. Add the spinach, pasta, parmesan and 1 cup of the mozzarella in the last 30 minutes, stir well and turn slow cooker to high.
  • STEP 3
    Serve with the rest of the mozzarella on top.
