A vegan recipe for approximately 5-6 small pancakes. Doubling the recipe works amazingly, too.
- 1 Banana
- 15ml Potato starch
- 2dl Soy milk
- 1dl Wheat flour
- Vegetable oil / dairy free butter
- STEP 1Cut the banana into small pieces and mash it in a bowl.
- STEP 2Add the raspberries, flour, potato starch, and 1dl of the milk. Whisk.
- STEP 3Add another dl of the milk, and a dash of salt. Whisk.
- STEP 4Fry in vegetable oil or dairy free butter on medium heat.
