A vegan recipe for approximately 5-6 small pancakes. Doubling the recipe works amazingly, too.

  • 1 Banana
  • Raspberries
  • 15ml Potato starch
  • 2dl Soy milk
  • 1dl Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil / dairy free butter


  1. Cut the banana into small pieces and mash it in a bowl.

  2. Add the raspberries, flour, potato starch, and 1dl of the milk. Whisk.

  3. Add another dl of the milk, and a dash of salt. Whisk.

  4. Fry in vegetable oil or dairy free butter on medium heat.
