Ingredients
- double cream ( 6 tablespoons )
- chocolate (200g)
Method
- STEP 1melt the chocolate over some boiling water
- STEP 2stir until it has melted
- STEP 3mix together the cream and chocolate
- STEP 4mix until creamy
- STEP 5add any food colouring if needed and then spoon into a piping bag and smother it on top
