Lovely ginger biscuits to dip in your tea!
- 110g plain flour
- 40g castor sugar
- 50g margarine
- 1 tbspn syrup
- 1 tspn ginger
- 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
- STEP 1Mix the butter and sugar together until its light and fluffy.
- STEP 2Sieve the flour into the mixture.
- STEP 3Add the syrup, ginger and bicarb.
- STEP 4Cook for roughly 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
