Ginger Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 110g plain flour
  • 40g castor sugar
  • 50g margarine
  • 1 tbspn syrup
  • 1 tspn ginger
  • 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix the butter and sugar together until its light and fluffy.
  • STEP 2
    Sieve the flour into the mixture.
  • STEP 3
    Add the syrup, ginger and bicarb.
  • STEP 4
    Cook for roughly 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
