  • 4oz caster sugar
  • 8oz plain flour
  • 4oz cornflour

    Method

    • step 1

      Cream butter & sugar
    • step 2

      Add flours bit by bit
    • step 3

      Knead till smooth and divide in two for tins
    • step 4

      put in each tin pierce all over with fork
