- 8oz butter or half and half marg to butter
- 4oz caster sugar
- 8oz plain flour
- 4oz cornflour
Method
- STEP 1Cream butter & sugar
- STEP 2Add flours bit by bit
- STEP 3Knead till smooth and divide in two for tins
- STEP 4put in each tin pierce all over with fork
