Ingredients

  • 8oz butter or half and half marg to butter
  • 4oz caster sugar
  • 8oz plain flour
  • 4oz cornflour

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream butter & sugar
  • STEP 2
    Add flours bit by bit
  • STEP 3
    Knead till smooth and divide in two for tins
  • STEP 4
    put in each tin pierce all over with fork
