Shortbread
Makes 2 cakes

Cook:
170 degrees C
Cream butter & sugar until nice and creamy. Add plain flour & cornflour a little at a time then knead until smooth. Split into two add to sandwich tins and pierce all over with a fork

- 4oz caster sugar
- 8oz plain flour
- 4oz cornflour
