Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • soy sauce 1tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • noodles
  • chicken stock 250ml
  • honey 1 tbsp

Method

  • STEP 1
    Combine lemon, soy, stock and honey together.
  • STEP 2
    coat chicken in flour and fry off until golden.
  • STEP 3
    Add veg and fry for another 1 minuet
  • STEP 4
    Add stock and simmer for 5 minuets
