- chicken breasts
- soy sauce 1tbsp
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- chicken stock 250ml
- honey 1 tbsp
- STEP 1Combine lemon, soy, stock and honey together.
- STEP 2coat chicken in flour and fry off until golden.
- STEP 3Add veg and fry for another 1 minuet
- STEP 4Add stock and simmer for 5 minuets
