Ingredients
- Meatballs
- Virgin olive oil
- 400mg tin tomatoes
- Garlic gloves x4
- Onion x1
- Mix spice
- Red wine
- Hot pepper sauce
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Tomoto purée
- Vegetable stock (190ml)
Method
- STEP 1Cook the onions, garlic, mixed herbs, black pepper together in the olive oil until tender.
- STEP 2Add vegetable stock, hot pepper sauce, tin tomatoes, splash of red wine and tomatoe purée. Plus salt and more black pepper
- STEP 3Then add the meatballs and cook for min 7 mins with the lid on,
- STEP 4Serve with boiled rice
