Ingredients
- Tin of cherry tomatoes
- 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
- Good glut of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1/2 to 1 chilli chopped
- Small glass of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
Method
- STEP 1Put all ingredients on a sauce pan
- STEP 2Bring to the boil
- STEP 3Simmer until the tomatoes have broken down and the sauce has thicken
