Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack beef mince
  • 1 tomato tin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 medium-small carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tbsp Marmite
  • 1 OXO cube
  • mixed herbs
  • pasta

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry onion, garlic, carrot and celery for about 5 minutes/until they are softening.
  • STEP 2
    Add the beef mice, and fry till browned, breaking it up as you go.
  • STEP 3
    Add the tomato tin, OXO cube, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, Marmite and mixed herbs.
  • STEP 4
    Simmer for 15 minutes/till reduced to the thickness of your liking.
