Ingredients
- 1/2 pack beef mince
- 1 tomato tin
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stick
- 1 medium-small carrot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp Marmite
- 1 OXO cube
- mixed herbs

Method
- STEP 1Fry onion, garlic, carrot and celery for about 5 minutes/until they are softening.
- STEP 2Add the beef mice, and fry till browned, breaking it up as you go.
- STEP 3Add the tomato tin, OXO cube, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, Marmite and mixed herbs.
- STEP 4Simmer for 15 minutes/till reduced to the thickness of your liking.
