  • 500g Mince pork
  • 1kilo Mince beef
  • 100g Pancetta
  • 2 Cellerysticks
  • 1 Carrott
  • 1 Onion
  • 3cloves Garlic
  • 1ltre Passata
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pesto & Parmesan
  • Chicken stock


  1. Brown the meat and sweat down all other diced veg

  2. Add pasatta and other seasonings

  3. Simmer for 3 hours
