- 500g Mince pork
- 1kilo Mince beef
- 100g Pancetta
- 2 Cellerysticks
- 1 Carrott
- 1 Onion
- 3cloves Garlic
- 1ltre Passata
- Salt & Pepper
- Pesto & Parmesan
- Chicken stock
Method
- STEP 1Brown the meat and sweat down all other diced veg
- STEP 2Add pasatta and other seasonings
- STEP 3Simmer for 3 hours
