Packed with fruit, fibre, protein and potassium - and still tasty!
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
- 1 Weetabix bar
- 1 Danio yogurt (for the high protein)
- 150ml of apple juice
- STEP 1Put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender, and blitz. Makes roughly a pint of quite thick smoothie - add more apple juice if you prefer a smoother consistency.
