- 1 large avocado, peeled, stoned, chopped
- 400g chickpeas, drained
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tomatoes deseeded and diced
- Chilli, coriander, tahini and other flavours/seasoning as desired
Method
step 1
Blitz all except tomatoes in a food processor until chunkystep 2
Spoon into bowl, add tomatoes and mix
