  • 1 large avocado, peeled, stoned, chopped
  • 400g chickpeas, drained
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tomatoes deseeded and diced
  • Chilli, coriander, tahini and other flavours/seasoning as desired

    Method

    • step 1

      Blitz all except tomatoes in a food processor until chunky
    • step 2

      Spoon into bowl, add tomatoes and mix
