Ingredients
- 3 large leeks, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Chicken stock
- Seasoning
- Cream
Method
- STEP 1Add the potatoes, leeks and onion to a stock pot ans cover with the hot stock by about 2 inches. Cook until the potatoes are tender and liquidize in a blender or food processor. Season to taste and mix in a little cream for richness, you dont need a lot. Serve with crusty bread.
