Great for dipping crudites, rubbing onto meat or fish or adding to pasta dishes. Healthy and very quick too.

  • 390g tin of green lentils
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil (infused with garlic for extra punch)
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Pinch salt & pepper


    1. Place all the ingredients together in a food blender and whizz up.
    2. Taste.
    3. Enjoy.
