Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1/2 doz mushrooms
- stock cube veg or chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tblsp tom puree
- 2 small chillies
Method
- STEP 1Put lentils on to boil with equal amount of water & stock cube
- STEP 2Meanwhile fry mushrooms in plenty of butter
- STEP 3Add spices to mushrooms and continue to fry
- STEP 4When lentils have reduced down add mushroom mixture & tom puree
