  • 5 egg whites
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana

Method

  • STEP 1
    Blend all ingredients togetther
  • STEP 2
    Cook in a pan for 3 mins, flip it over and cook for 2 mins.
