- 2 red chilli peppers diced
- 2 fresh ginger diced
- 4 clementines, segmented and pith removed
- 1 tbsp of coriander leaves
Method

Firstly dice the ginger and chili, then mix together with the olives and the juice of the clementinesstep 2
