- 500g black olives
- 150g pickled garlic
- 150g roasted red peppers
- 150g pickled anchovies
- 75ml olive oil
- 1 tsbp of chopped fresh basil
Method
step 1
Cut the peppers into to strips then mix with the olives, garlic, basil and olive oilstep 2
Place into a bowl and then add the strips of anchovies on top
