  • 500g black olives
  • 150g pickled garlic
  • 150g roasted red peppers
  • 150g pickled anchovies
  • 75ml olive oil
  • 1 tsbp of chopped fresh basil

    Method

    • step 1

      Cut the peppers into to strips then mix with the olives, garlic, basil and olive oil
    • step 2

      Place into a bowl and then add the strips of anchovies on top
