Sophie Michell's Black Olives with Pickled Garlic, Roasted Red Peppers and Anchovies

Sophie Michell has created some delicious, quick and simple healthy snacks for the Olive it! campaign. Perfect for entertaining!
- 500g black olives
- 150g pickled garlic
- 150g roasted red peppers
- 150g pickled anchovies
- 75ml olive oil
- 1 tsbp of chopped fresh basil
- STEP 1Cut the peppers into to strips then mix with the olives, garlic, basil and olive oil
- STEP 2Place into a bowl and then add the strips of anchovies on top
