Sophie Michell's Black Olives with Membrillo and Roasted Walnuts

Sophie Michell has created some delicious, quick and simple healthy snacks for the Olive it! campaign. Perfect for entertaining!
- 200g black olives
- 100g roasted walnuts
- 150g diced membrillo
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 tsp walnut oil
- 250g soft goats cheese
- STEP 1Mix the olives, membrillo, walnuts, oregano and oils together
- STEP 2Serve on a platter along side the goats cheese with some crusty bread
