Sophie Michell's Black Olives with Membrillo and Roasted Walnuts

Sophie Michell has created some delicious, quick and simple healthy snacks for the Olive it! campaign. Perfect for entertaining!


  • 200g black olives
  • 100g roasted walnuts
  • 150g diced membrillo
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp walnut oil
  • 250g soft goats cheese


  • STEP 1
    Mix the olives, membrillo, walnuts, oregano and oils together
  • STEP 2
    Serve on a platter along side the goats cheese with some crusty bread
