Parmesan Herbed Orzo

Serve warm or cold as a side dish wth fish or chicken.


  • 20 oz. cooked orzo or other small pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 oz. red onion, chopped
  • 2 oz. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 oz. fresh Parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper


  • STEP 1
    Measure and cook orzo as directed on packet.
  • STEP 2
    In a large bowl, toss orzo with remaining ingredients.
  • STEP 3
    Serve warm or chilled.
