Ingredients

  • 1:rabbit
  • 1/4 lb bacon
  • 2 onion's
  • 1 teaspoon mixed hearb's
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    fry onion's in dripping or cooking oil
  • STEP 2
    cut up rabbit in to cube's dry rabbit and flour and fry till brown add bacon
  • STEP 3
    remove to casserrole dish add stock cover and simmer for 2 hour's
  • STEP 4
    potatoes may be added if dersired
