- 4 oz sugar (white)
- 2 drops red food colouring
Method
- STEP 1preheat oven to 150 o/300 farenheit
- STEP 2whip sugar and eggs until it peaks
- STEP 3put a sheet of baking paper on a tray and put the meringue into peaks
- STEP 4cook and serve
