  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 oz sugar (white)
  • 2 drops red food colouring

Method

  • STEP 1
    preheat oven to 150 o/300 farenheit
  • STEP 2
    whip sugar and eggs until it peaks
  • STEP 3
    put a sheet of baking paper on a tray and put the meringue into peaks
  • STEP 4
    cook and serve
