Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400g white chocolate melted
  • 300ml double cream
  • 250g full fat soft cheese
  • 250g mascarpone

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat butter in a pan. Smash digestive and add to the butter . mix in well. Line a 23cm 9 inch springform cake tin
