Buttercream

- Makes Enough for 8 reasonably siized muffins.
Ingredients
- 175g of Icing Sugar
- 75g of Butter
Optional
- 175g of Icing Sugar
- 75g of Butter
- Cocoa Powder
- Food Colouring
- Vanilla/ Mint/ Strawberry (Any is fine) Extract
Method
- STEP 1After weighing out ingrediants, put them all in the bowl.
- STEP 2Mix it all until it is pretty stiff.
- STEP 3Now you can put it on your cake! (Or just eat the buttercream by itself, I don't really recommend it though...)
- STEP 4Don't forget the washing up!
