Ingredients

  • 175g of Icing Sugar
  • 75g of Butter

Optional

  • 175g of Icing Sugar
  • 75g of Butter
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Food Colouring
  • Vanilla/ Mint/ Strawberry (Any is fine) Extract

Method

  • STEP 1
    After weighing out ingrediants, put them all in the bowl.
  • STEP 2
    Mix it all until it is pretty stiff.
  • STEP 3
    Now you can put it on your cake! (Or just eat the buttercream by itself, I don't really recommend it though...)
  • STEP 4
    Don't forget the washing up!
