Pork sausages in batter

  • 8 pork sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 100g plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 250ml of milk


    1. preheat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7
    2. mix the flour and salt in a bowl, then add the egg and a little milk, mix them in and add the rest of the milk gradually until the batter has the consistency of a milk shake. Beat the batter a bit to make it grow when you cook it.
    3. cook the sausages for 10 minutes
    4. remove the grease left by the sausages and then add the batter. Cook for 30 more minutes
