Chicken provencal

Rich olive, anchovy tomatoey chicken


  • Chicken breast pieces
  • tomato
  • onion
  • red wine
  • oil
  • black olives
  • cornflour
  • parsley
  • garlic puree
  • anchovy paste
  • thyme
  • salt and black pepper
  • sugar


  • STEP 1
    Chop and fry onions.
  • STEP 2
    Add rest ingredients and put in a lidded pot or oven.
  • STEP 3
    Simmer/cook for 45 minutes.
