Rich olive, anchovy tomatoey chicken

  • Chicken breast pieces
  • tomato
  • onion
  • red wine
  • oil
  • black olives
  • cornflour
  • parsley
  • garlic puree
  • anchovy paste
  • thyme
  • salt and black pepper
  • sugar


  1. Chop and fry onions.

  2. Add rest ingredients and put in a lidded pot or oven.

  3. Simmer/cook for 45 minutes.
