- Pepper
- can of chopped tomatoes with herbs
- Onion, chipped
- garlic, crushed
Method

Fry up the vegetables on low heat.step 2
Add the eggs at the point of cooking whe you are happy with the softness of the fried veg. Earlier for more crunchy or later for softer well cooked veg.step 3
Mix well and cook on slow.
