A delicious, quick, simple, morish recipe that even the kids can make. Lots of slow release energy too and completely adaptable, so many things can be added . Perfect for parties or with a chocolate fountain. Also good for long sporting/exercise days or cycles
The options are endless! Experiment with ingredients of your choice, white chocolate etc

Method
step 1
Stir all ingredients together. For a melting center, use galaxy minstrels instead of chocolate chips and keep separate at this point

Roll into balls about 2cm in diameter, if using galaxy minstrels roll the balls around making it the center. Must use baking method instead of chilling method to melt chocolate
step 3
Leave to chill in fridge for half an hour if serving chilled
step 4
If serving hot, bake at 110C for 15 minutes on baking tray then leave to cool for 5-10 minutes
