A delicious, quick, simple, morish recipe that even the kids can make. Lots of slow release energy too and completely adaptable, so many things can be added . Perfect for parties or with a chocolate fountain. Also good for long sporting/exercise days or cycles

  • 90g Oatmeal
  • 50g Dessicated Coconut
  • 55g Wheat Germ
  • 20g Peanut Butter
  • 100g Chocolate Chips
  • 115g Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Optional
  • 25 galaxy minstrels (instead of chocolate chips)
  • 50g raisins
  • 50g crushed nuts of your choice
  • The options are endless! Experiment with ingredients of your choice, white chocolate etc...
  • Have fun :)


    1. Stir all ingredients together. For a melting center, use galaxy minstrels instead of chocolate chips and keep separate at this point
    2. Roll into balls about 2cm in diameter, if using galaxy minstrels roll the balls around making it the center. Must use baking method instead of chilling method to melt chocolate
    3. Leave to chill in fridge for half an hour if serving chilled
    4. If serving hot, bake at 110C for 15 minutes on baking tray then leave to cool for 5-10 minutes
