Pasta and Vegetables
- Preparation and cooking time
- Serves 2
- Wholewheat Pasta
- 1 tin of tomato
- salt, pepper, garlic to season
- STEP 1Cook pasta in a pan until soft. Heat oven to 200c
- STEP 2Roast Onion, tomato, mushrooms and courgette on a tray for 10-15 mins
- STEP 3When cooked combine pasta and tin of tomatos to tray and cook in oven until hot. Stir in spinach and sweetcorn.
