  • 2 bigger eggs
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 200g soft flour
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 50ml of oil
  • 80g sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tee spun of cocoa
  • 60g of ground chocolate
  • 60g of chestnut
  • 50g of spread chocolate
  • 12-15 paper basket of muffins


  1. In one bowl mix eggs, oil, cream, spread chocolate, then add sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, powder, cocoa, chocolate. Mix them until they combine. While preparing mass preheat oven to 180 ° C

  2. In bowl grate the lemon zest and squeeze it in mass. Put in every paper basket of muffins same amount, then on top on every one put few chestnut so every would have it.

  3. Bake muffins for 25 min
