  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 cups water
  • stock cube
  • 1 cup toasted cashew nuts


    1. Chop carrots & onions
    2. Fry onions and curry powder in butter
    3. Add carrots, water, stock cube and simmer till carrots soft
    4. grind cashew nuts, add to soup and blend/liquidize before serving
