Warm figs with honey & yoghurt

A quick & easy healthy pud!

  • 2 small fresh figs
  • 1 dsp light flavoured honey, for example Acacia
  • 1 tbsp thick Greek low fat yoghurt. We like Fage Total
  • 1 tsp flaked almonds


    1. Cut the figs in half & place in a microwaveable dish. Cook on full power for approx 1 min
    2. Transfer figs to serving bowl or plate & drizzle with honey
    3. Top with the yoghurt & flaked almonds
