Ingredients
- 20g Porridge oats
- 150g greek yoghurt
- 1 dssrt spoon of apricot compote
- 2 tbsp of fresh orange juice
- 4 tbsp of full fat milk
- 1 tbsp acacia honey
- 2 tsp flaked almonds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- Half banana
- 1 tbsp Greek honey to serve
Method
- STEP 1Mix the oats into the yoghurt then add the milk, compote, honey and orange juice and stir until throughly mixed together.
- STEP 2Stir in the nuts and raisins then leave to stand for ten minutes in the fridge.
- STEP 3When ready to eat slice the banana on top and drizzle with greek or acacia honey.
