  • 200 grams goat cheese/Chevre, sliced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • step 1

    Dredge each cheese in sequence of: egg, breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again.
  • step 2

    On medium heat, fry with olive oil until golden. Flip, turn the cheese to make sure it is cooked on every side.
  • step 3

    Serve along sweet chilli sauce and some salad.
